Refund Policy
At Eventure, we aim to provide a seamless event experience for both organizers and attendees. Refunds are handled based on the nature of the event and the policies set by the event organizer.
1. General Policy
All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
By purchasing a ticket through Eventure, you agree to the specific refund terms set for that event.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket value.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
3. Event Postponement / Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within a specified period (as defined by the organizer).
4. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted through Eventure or the event organizer within the stated timeline.
Requests made after the allowed period may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Service & Processing Fees
Platform or payment processing fees may be non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.
6. No-Shows
Failure to attend an event (no-show) does not qualify for a refund.
7. Transfer of Tickets
Some events may allow ticket transfers. This will depend on the organizer's policy.
8. Force Majeure
Refunds for events affected by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) will be handled based on organizer discretion and applicable regulations.
