The Youth Top40 Awards, organized by New Generation Sri Lanka, is Sri Lanka's first and only professional youth recognition platform dedicated to celebrating outstanding young leaders aged 15–30. Over the past seven years, the Awards have recognized exceptional young individuals who demonstrate excellence in leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, professionalism, and social impact.

With the 2026 theme, "Future Forward – Integrity First," the Awards continue to inspire ethical, values-driven leadership while recognising young changemakers who are making meaningful contributions across industries and communities.

The 7th Youth Top40 Awards 2026 will be graced by His Excellency Semih Lütfü Turgut, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Sri Lanka, as the Chief Guest, together with Mr. Eran Wickramaratne, Chairman of Sri Lanka Cricket, alongside members of the diplomatic corps, distinguished corporate leaders, and leaders of non-governmental organisations, celebrating the achievements of Sri Lanka's next generation of leaders.
